Solicitor Director
Penny Moran has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales and was admitted as a solicitor in 1994. She also completed her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a finance specialty at the University of Technology in 1999. Prior to joining S Moran & Co in 2001, Penny was a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz, a top-tier law firm in Sydney.
Penny acts for a number of long-term corporate and private clients providing general legal services to those clients, including corporate and commercial services, conveyancing and estate planning. She maintains a close working relationship with her clients and places emphasis on the importance of building durable, mutually beneficial relationships with her clients and of providing cost-effective service and solutions.
Whilst she provides a broad range of legal services to clients, Penny’s practice focusses on conveyancing and property transactions and wills and probate and the institution and defence of legal proceedings where necessary to resolve disputes on behalf of her clients.
